ugh tell me about it.  Newbies can easily win by spamming zangief's cyclone with the press of a single button.  I hope T.Hawk wont be as worst as zangief ...now im scared lol jk XD

 

I guess neither of you played him during the SF II era?   He blows.

 

Gief is the only unbalanced grappler in SF IV anyway, Abel is easily beat by crouch jabbing and being ready if he stupid enough to try a jumping attack...

I know that T.Hawk in SF II was low tier but look at Gief, he was at best, mid tier and look at him in SF4, broken as hell. From what I've seen of SSFIV, T.Hawk will have similar power to Gief and I'm sure that he will have high stamina. Maybe saying T.hawk will be top tier w/o the game releasing is an exageration, but I'm sure he won't be as low as he was in SF II.
