I can find no evidence, that the power 7 is a cell as well, I think you are wrong.

The Power 7 looks to be a many threaded (at least 32 threads) symetric multiprocessor (just i kind of cores) whereas the cell belongs to the asymetric kind.

To be "a cell as well" the Power7 has to be asymetric and must share a common instructionset (spe related).

I think you are mistaken, the only reference regarding power7 on this page is in the box on the right hand side titled: Power Architecture.

According to wikipedia, power7 and cell both belong to the power architecture, but power7 is in no way related to the cell, at least not to the spe related units.
