I can find no evidence, that the power 7 is a cell as well, I think you are wrong.

The Power 7 looks to be a many threaded (at least 32 threads) symetric multiprocessor (just i kind of cores) whereas the cell belongs to the asymetric kind.

To be "a cell as well" the Power7 has to be asymetric and must share a common instructionset (spe related).
