I just got some Google Wave invites. I'm not sure if anyone is interested, but if you are, PM me your email and I'll send you an invite.
I have 18 of them, currently, so I think I'm unlikely to run out... unless of course the demand is higher than I think it is.
Also, I'm not sure how it would work with non-gmail accounts. Never tried.
