My backup 360 got banned 2 weeks after the modern warfare leak, my roomie has it in his room and has never played a game online. He has a silver account that connects to live, but he doesnt use bootlegs because I have all the shit he would want to play + he doesnt know how to make/dl backups. The only reason I can think it actually connected to an a live service is for roster updates for NHL 09'(yes a genuine copy).
It kinda sucks because my roomie has bought a few XBL arcade titles and I dont think they work anymore. It dont bother me much though, I did modify the thing and was dumb enough to think that MS wouldnt spy on my console as long as I didnt use bootlegs or play anything online. I also have my main 360, which doesnt have a problem with it.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
