I listen to it pretty frequently, I've always found it to be the tightest composition of all their work, the songs all work really well together. The only draw back to any of the Beatles albums (specifically The later albums, Sgt. Peppers and beyond) is that while perhaps more inventive there can be some lack of balance. That's what happens when you have 4 great song writers all trying to express themselves on one album. |
I love Revolver, the only fault I find in it is two weak links with Tomorrow Never Knows and Love You To, but other than those two songs it's an excellent album, if a bit short
