But is that the original hard drive that came with the console, and the original gamertag setup for that console, AND the first console to download those items? If you EVER used a transfer cable, swapped a hard drive to a new console, migrated a gamertag AFTER the first profile was setup, or downloaded the same items before on a different Xbox, that is why it won't let you play them while not on LIVE.
