What the hell is the differencec between a Jedi Knigh and a consular, same question for the Sith classes.

The most obvious answer is they have different diciplines and skill trees.  But it still makes no sense why there's 2 different Jedi classes per side because they already revealed that with each class, depending on how you play, you gain different skills and abilities.  So....what's the point in having different branching paths in each class when you have 2 different Jedi classes ('sith' and 'sith inquisitor').  Its like telling people that unique property of the game doesn't even matter anymore, because a Jedi is just a Jedi reguardless.  There's 4 types so who cares about variety.

See that's what I thought too. 4 of the classes seem to be more or less the same thing, that or a big feature is just bullshit.

@coolbeans

What about Vader?

Vader/Anakin had more midi-chlorians then Yoda since he was heralded as "The Chosen One".

What about Obi Wan then?

What about him? He's up there with Yoda and Windu in skill plus Vader takes a chance by trying to jump over Obi Wan to kill him and fails

Yeah, but he had the 'high ground'!  (Insert bad joke here)

But yeah, I'd hope peopel don't just play this game trying to immitate Obi-Wan or Yoda.  Eventhough they seem to be making the classes towards that, if everyone is just trying to become the next Han Solo or Vader, its going to be a very boring game.
