On the one hand, poor quality products or stuff that allows cheating just sucks so it makes sense console manufacturers can control who produces what
On the other hand, I hate closed systems that allow for ridiculous accessory charges (not sure I'll every truly forgive Sony the cost of 8MB on PS2) so I do want anything fair at a lower price to get through, putting pressure on console branded stuff to be competitive
And on the gripping hand I just can't decide either way - guess I'll just go with the flow of the final legal judgment.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
