Her hair colour is very typical in Japan these days (black dyed brown), her skin tone is very oriental, and I suppose there's something about her bone structure yada yada...
There's lots of hints about where she's from in the picture, but they're difficult to point out... unless you really know what you're doing when you look at pictures of women on the internet. =P
