If you send it to MS and they see that the seal has been broken and repairs have been done in the past, provided that you eventually decided to send it to them, would they send you back a banned console?

It means your are force to send it to Microsoft for repair ...imo that's BS.

And no,  if your seal of warranty is broken they (Microsft) wont send you a banned console back instead they will charge you for repair fees.
