again, makes no sense to me.
I have not seen anyones XBL ID get banned for playing pirated games. Only the console gets banned. Yes you would not be able to watch Zune marketplace vids on your banned console. But if you buy anotehr console, you are good to go again. Same XBL ID would be able to connect to live on a new console...
