You are saying that you have Zune marketplace movies you bought? Is that a USA thing only? We dont have that here in Canada, we can only rent...
Also, if I'm correct, you are saying that you have to be connected to xbox live to watch Zune Marketplace movies? So if you get your console banned, you should be able to wtch them on another console with the same XBL username.
