Kylie Minogue.
She's basically the only pop diva around who can use her sex appeal as part of her image without being a total naked party slut.

If that argument wasn't compelling enough, I also recommend "The One" and "In My Arms" and "Slow".
She's just so much more... fun. I can't hear this stuff without shaking my ass. And the videos actually try different interesting things, instead of just really rapid cutting between shots of whoa crazy stuff!
