is nintendo ever gonna make a rated M game?

Are Nintendo's games for babies or for ladies or for people who were babies in the 80's?

The haters seem to think it's all of the above. I assume elderly people that play Wii Sports and Brain Age are much more mature than anybody who plays any M rated games.
