Uwe Boll's "Rampage" is Getting Glowing ReviewsPosted: September 30th, 2009 by WorstPreviews.com Staff |
Uwe Boll has been called the worst director of all time for such bombs as "House of the Dead," "Alone in the Dark" and "BloodRayne." But now, several critics who have had the chance to see his "Rampage" thriller are claiming that the film is actually good... Very good. "Rampage" revolves around Bill who grows fed up with his dead end existence and the world in general. Bill decides to vent his frustrations by stock-piling an arsenal of high-powered weaponry and constructing a full-body Kevlar suit of armor to go on a murderous rampage through the streets of his hometown, killing everyone in sight. Check out the trailer and some reviews of the film below: SlashFilm.com: Uwe Boll has made a good movie. Not a great movie, but a decent film. Not just good in comparison to the rest of his filmography, but a good movie in its own right. Film.com: Uwe Boll made something solid, memorable, and well worth seeking out. QuietEarth.us: Forget anything you ever knew about Uwe Boll. This is solid cinema and deserves praise. There comes a shocking 9 out of 10. Well earned. FilmSchoolRejects.com: Uwe Boll made a film that is sick, violent and fun — for the second time, he's made a film that I have enjoyed. |
