Because those deals were limited, to only select regions and in the case of the Arcade, only certina stores, but they still were a huge boost, showing that a larger cut will have an even greater effect.
It would do fine in Europe and others, and even UK at that and excellent in America, more than enough to cover the gap between the PS3 and 360, maybe even cause some fall in PS3 sales
