sony and nintendo will not be anywhere near as flippant about the iphone as you are.


  I think you're hoping the Iphone overtakes the DS, so much that you're forgetting that just being able to emulate Nintendo's games doesn't work, if it did, there'd be other companies selling 20 million units of their games.

The point is, while the Iphone may get people to play, its not going to be their primary gaming device, it doesn't have the software, at best its the platform people will use when they don't have their DS around, and want to do a little gaming.

However when it comes down to it, they'll still have a DS, because at the end of the day, Nintendo just has the games that draw in people by the millions
