Its success depends on how many OEM machines they can get it preloaded on, and then how many units they will sell. There have been plenty of OSs with superior technology that were never popular due to lack of OEM preinstallation, for one reason or another.
The technology is irrelevant. Everything it does is done by Linux + UNR, or Moblin, or Windows XP + Chrome itself. Unless it is preinstalled on several popular models by several OEMs, it won't get beyond a curiosity.
