No... it's stupid, cause no one cares, and it's just annoying.
Sorry for the rant but it's a bit of truth and I want to know why people want to make countless posts about this subject.

I'm scared to go to other forums. Not being able to take care of troublemakers would get me too antsy.
People do take that chance here though, far too often. Very rarely is it in a thread asking them for their opinion on the matter either. I find them typically in threads that ask what games are you buying for such and such platform. The answer then being, "None. My such and such is collecting dust/haven't used it in months". It's obvious that the thread wasn't for them to begin with, but some people here just can't enter a thread and exit it without posting something useless to the thread if they don't have anything worthwhile to say. Sometimes it's something negative like what this thread is about, and other times it'll be somebody QFTing someone else, or saying I agree, or something else that adds absolutely nothing to a discussion.
