Yeah devs decided not to suppot the most powerful gaming console out at the time, which was the Xbox, but they start now with the PS3?
BS. Sony paid R* to keep GTA a timed exclusive to the PS brand.

No Sony actually admitted they did pay for exclusives the last 2 gens, they said this gen there not buying them.
