So racial, sexual and religious discrimation aren't a problem. It's those of different races and religions who are a problem.
That's... pretty xenophobic there.
I don't think France would last too long if they got rid of everyone they discriminate against. A population of only white men isn't sustainable... fertility just wouldn't work that well.
