It has been taken down from the JP PSN Store it seems. 
WHY ? What the hell is wrong with SEGA ?
When I search for "Bayonetta" in the Store, the results are 4 trailers. Screw you SONY and SEGA ! Screw you !
I've been searching for it like a mad man for 3 days..urgh..
Then I searched for it in the internetz and saw a forum post @ Gamespot saying it was taken down ! 
Anyone wants to share the demo ? Please messege me about the account details..I'm assuming its a bogus Japanese account ?
Help appreciated. 
I'm willing to give you a God of War 3 demo in return if you want.
