I think it's simple.
Insults are things we consider negative.
Most people consider being stupid negative. Most people consider acting in an irresponsible manner negative.
The question is when we use insults for qualities that things we don't necessarily consider negative.
Is it negative to be fat? Do fat people have something wrong with them?
If we all agree that negative qualities are something we should strive to get rid of or lessen, does that mean fat people should stop being fat?
And what if I change t with a g?
And consider it for younger kids, probably in their adolensence. That must be really fucking hard on them to hear that their existence is something negative.
