it is because of that but you can also be part of psn through the psp and playstation website. people forget these two methods

Yea with PS3 and PSP thats almost 80million systems. 33million is possible.  Just cause alot of people say they have multiple accounts on internet blogs doesnt mean the rest of the world does it too.  Most people are too lazy to make more than one account lol
