it was better(blurry due to being leaked ,so the game will be better and still has time to be improved/polished)but what i saw was not comparable with this:

Don't you guys realize that when you post these little gifs all you are proving is that the only thing that stands out about KZ2 is that there is tons of dust and low-res particles and sprites flying around everywhere? The only thing that is kind of impressive is the animation. But that probably has more to do with the long dev time. The character models aren't anything special and the texturing is good but not better than most of the stuff out there. Uncharted 2 I can understand as that is a really good looking game with an swesome art-style.
Anyways this thread is kind of dumb, all it really says is that Halo Reach might look pretty nice. Halo CE and Halo 2 were awesome in their day, but Bungie's ability hasn't really been tested on the 360. Halo 3 used an old engine that was based on what people thought would look good back in 2004. The game was being developed as Halo 2 was being finished, and they just went with that look. People like to mention Gears of War 2, but that game is running on a cluncky, glitchy, outdated and very inefficient PC engine that was developed with tech from late 2004 to early 2005. There aren't any proper 360 specific game engines that really exploit the hardware out there, that has a lot to do with the ease of 360 development. Until there is such an engine, don't expect anything to top the best the PS3 can do. And even then the PS3 will always have a slight edge in physics and animation.
