If this is true then again, I am right. Why then, do no more people think I am right?
This is going to follow the same path that the economic debate did.
You have the world, and two opinions of how to live within it. People A think you should do X, people B think you should do Y. When Y is proven though failure to have been wrong, People B do not change there views on X or Y, they change there views on the World to make Y fit.
This happens in religion all the time. It happens in politics all the time, and it will happen in Global Warming debates I am sure.
Let's hope that this, I am wrong about.
