If someone were to go to a casino and play Craps with modded dice, I wouldn't expect the casino to let them keep any of chips (including those they bought in for) if they were caught. They know going into it that they're cheating the system, much like these modders who sign up for a legitimate online service. Good for Microsoft and bad for this law firm for tying up the legal system even more than it already is
