Hmmm while there could be a newer game bundle coming your way, I wouldn't anticipate the wireless adapter to come with as well.  If you're close to modem, I'd wait for a different game bundle but if 360's in a different room and you don't feel like running a long ethernet cable I'd just go with this one.  Halo 3's still played by many and I've heard Fable II's a great game as well (at least that's what my best friend said, but he's easily amused :P).

Fable 2 is pretty good, you should check out the free episode 1.
