Is this game supposed to control better than Battlefield 1943? I really didn't like the way that game controlled at all. Everything felt really clunky and awkward. I would like to have a Warhawkesque game for the 360 since I don't have my PS3 anymore and if they improved in that one area, I'd probably get a lot of life out of the online. It's a shame I don't have my PS3 because I'd be able to tell from this beta.

What do you mean by clunky and awkward? Can you strafe at light speeds? No. Can you sprint, jump, and hope to go left and right mid air? No.

I don't really see how that answers my question. Thanks for not trying though.

I mean, I don't understand what else you can possibly mean. This game isn't going to control like other games where you're like a feather and can just run around smoothly and defy physics. If you're going to ask a question, you should be more specific and define "clunky". Otherwise, you cannot blame me for guessing what you mean.

The rifle, machine gun and sniper rifle had a ridiculous amount of ricochet after the shot, but the pistol was remarkably more accurate than you'd expect. There was a lot of bounce in your run, both in your view and in the movement of your weapons. I'm not sure of this, but I think the game might be running at 30 FPS or lower at times. It just felt that way in the 30 minute demo. The whole experience just didn't feel very smooth. Between the movement and the shooting, it just felt sloppily put together. I don't know if that's the intention of the franchise or if that is how they all are. That's why I asked.

Is there a difference in gameplay/control between 1943 and Bad Company 2, or is it exactly the same?
