I don't think that is a good reason to count them though. From my experience, the average Wii fanboy wouldn't add VC games independent from the small group that do, Wiiware games on the other hand... I personally wouldn't add VC as part of a collection, nor would I add PSN games that are ports of PS titles. If it was retail game on the other hand, with some more content like Disgaea, Persona, and Chrono trigger then it seems somewhat valid, even still, I wouldn't consider them as good of an addition as a new title. So if they are counted, it shouldn't be something considerably large, and the person who counts it on one platform should be consistent with others.
