Do you believe the psp fell short again to the DS this year (Library-wise)

While personally I don't care about PSN games on PSP (I care about them on PS3 though), I actually think they should count in a library comparison, mainly because I remember some avid Wii fans saying VC games should count in similar console vs. console threads.
