Right.  The game attaches an auto-message to the presents you send, but you send the presents yourself.  I know, I own both the GC and DS versions and they both play the same.  There is a basic message (though you can write your own as well) sent with gifts, but the game doesn't auto-send presents.  I'm not sure you played the game, or at least you don't understand how it worked omoneru.

Well if you've played at least the DS version, you should know that the game occasionally sends automatically generated messages from "Mom". Often with presents. I haven't actually played animal crossing for a long time, and I just popped it in as I write this. It's been 11 months since I played, according to rasher. 

And my mailbox is full of letters from the HRA. And one from "mom". My mum never plays this game, that's for sure.

Also. I have a lot of weeds. If they think I'm cleaning this town up, they've got another thing coming...

 I do hope this isn't the case though. I hope this person can tell the difference between her mum's actual letters and gifts, and the game's randomly generated mum letters...
