Pc Player dont like FF ?


Thats not true. FF 7 and FF 8 selled decent. Final Fantasy 14 will be on PC and there is a great chance that FF 13 will be released on PC 1 year later.

I have the feeling alot of the people which make statements like all 2 hours cutscenes and 3 hours gameplay have never played the games. Atleast not longer.

FF has much content. It has lot of cutscenes too. But compared to the playtime its nothing. If I play a game 200-250 hours and I have 5 hours cutscenes then this is ok. I guess Final Fantasy has lesser Cutscenes per hour then a lot of other games.

And the battlesystem yes as I played the first time in my life Final Fantasy (7) I was annoyed because you could not see it if a battle was coming. But after some hours playtime I completly forgot it and the game sucked me in like a book in a different world. And I love Final Fantasy since the time. If I am starting to play FF i dont play other games until I finished it. I even play nonstop and sleep just some hours a night if my responsibilitys allow me to do this.

FF13 will be similar to FF12 you can see the monsters. And everything takes place in the same world.

Final Fantasy is different. A lot of games are pretty repetitive everything is the same and Final Fantasy is different not just always the same stuff.

I am sure that FF13 will be one of the biggest Final Fantasys ever and we will be able to see it soon. To all doubters which think it will sell under 7 Mio. I prepare you a tasty crowpie.

If Final Fantasy would really fail I wouldnt like the direction gaming moves.


I am not a Jrpg maniac but I need sometimes my fix. And Final fantasy is really one of the most mainstream JRPG out there. I like diversity and I am sure that FF will be the wake up call. Most people forget that the first game of a known franchise on a console is most of the time the most successful.

GT1>GT2
GT3>GT4

FF7>FF9
FF10>FF12



It depends on the Quality of the Game. If the Game is one of the best Final Fantasy ever made or even the best then it could be end up higher then FF7.

I hope the game will be one of the best Final Fantasys ever and if it is one of the best Final Fantasys it deserves sales higher then 7 Million.
