I think Sony owns the movie rights for Spiderman, however Sony has already relinquished the TV rights. The problem with only owning the movie rights is that they only make profit from the movie. So while Sony makes the films, it becomes free money for Disney to sell toys or whatever, and Disney will make money from the movies even if Sony creates them.
Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
