The issue is all my saves...
I can probably still plat DA starting anew without having to redo everything provided I keep the trophies.
But loosing Madden, NBA2k10, Uncharted 2, NGS2 and more saves just plain sucks..........

Well that and my NBA2k10 disc is still in the PS3............

That sucks man!!  AS for the game stuck in it, i know some models 40GB and 80GB will force eject when you do a fan test, just not sure about the backwards compatable 80GB models.  I have no idea on the save files situation, i copy all my saves (that arent protected anyways) on my PSP memory stick.
