If the guy went on holiday, came back and it was that dusty and wouldn't be replaced it would be one hell of a shitter.
I'm still waiting to see inside pictures of the dust, as that's the reason behind the failure. The outside doesn't actually look that bad, patchy thin layers of dust made it not work? And then not be replaced?
