The PC had very good sales according to it's position in the charts. Steam keeps piracy down.
Blizzard Entertainment are not desperate enough to release Diablo III on consoles. The controls are not suited for a controller and Blizzard are perfectionists. There will be no reason for them to do that since they are already raking in the cash.
