You know what, I'm very, very sure the failure rates are 360 highest, then PS3, then Wii. I'm equally sure their order will never change the entire generation. The 360 will improve, but it will never catch the PS3, which will also improve, which itself will never catch the Wii.

Also, know what? Surveys on failure rates tend to attract people who've suffered a failure. Hence they tend to skew high.

Guess what? The order is almost certainly correct, the percentages almost certainly wrong.

So if you want the most reliable console get the Wii, if you want the most reliable HD console get the PS3, and if you're happy with the new tech and/or the extended warranty for older models and don't mind a higher chance of failure, then don't let that put you off the 360.



Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
