The halo franchise going downhill?

Yeah Halo is dooooooomed!

The latest full game of the franchise (Halo 3 - not a add-on or a spinoff) is the best selling HD game so far. The add-on sold 2 million FIRST WEEK. That is more than most of the games do lifetime.

Halo Reach might do 3-4 million first week. The installbase will be bigger, there is no MW2 or L4D2 as a competition for the shooter fans and MS will advertise this like crazy. Halo Reach has a shot to sell 10m lifetime. This does not look like going downhill.
