Erm, well while that may be true to a certain degree, there's quite a bit of piracy going on with Wii, and with DS it's even worse. I don't know the situation in the other regions, but I know for a fact that piracy on DS is reaching insane levels in Europe. And those are mostly casuals instead of 'core' gamers, I see little kids and adults with R4 cards and the like (which are sold everywhere) more than I see them playing genuine games.
They don't care about it either, most of them don't even seem to realize it's wrong to do it, but instead see it as a really cool, normal and cheap way to get games.
