There are many, many ways to make a website. But when you ask a question like this, I'd say that a 1-2-3 style webhotel might be your thing. Just get a package with a domain name, a webhotel and an easy webpage maker. If you buy a package like that, you'll basically be taken by the hand and will not really have to learn anything.
