I used to pirate games back in the day as a schoolkid and I dont really have a bad thought about it. Heck we could no way afford all the games that appeared every month and they were easy to copy.
Now I buy all my games.
Many second hand but also many on release day.
I also often sell them once I have finished playing then as I think 60 US is a bit steep for a game that may only be played for a few weeks at most.
I dont pirate music as I dont really like to listen to music much at home.
I do pirate films. Heck they all come on the telly within 6 months anyway what the hells the difference ?
