So because the Bible says that gay sex and bestiality are the same, then that is the reason to not be gay?

How about if I say that homosexuality and bestiality are *not* morally the same and that the Bible is wrong on this one? I'm sorry, but this is 2000 year old reasoning, and it shows I'm afraid.

I don't think the Bible is trying to equate homosexuality with bestiality...I think that's CH trying to lump them together, because most verses concerning homosexuality do not lump them together as being the same.

However, the Bible does discuss the argument of sexual immorality, of which homosexuality is included. I don't think it's '2000 year old reasoning' when they said that sexual immorality was wrong - as there were probably MORE homosexuals per capita than there are today. The argument is that sexual immorality - adultery, homosexuality, bestiality, fornication, orgies, ect devalue and destroy relationships, therefore we must abstain from that activity. The Bible is pretty clear on that one.
