Just because a picture was leaked doesn't mean it's a brand new picture of the current build of the game.
Looking at it I would assume it's taken from a early alpha build from sometime in 2008. Bungie employee's are currently play testing the online features at their own homes. The screenshots of the build leaked didn't even have a online mode...
The same shit happened with Final Fantasy XIII, some old 2007-8 screenshots were officially released to the public after some newer better looking 2009 build pictures were already leaked onto the internet. Most assumed the 2007-8 worse looking pictures were newer and it left the majority of Sony Final Fantasy Fanboy's screaming DOWNGRADE!11!! and they began to hurl abuse at the Xbox 360. (Nothing new there really)
Reach will be HUGE! and I truly believe it will be the best Halo game yet...
Reach info will be released on/or around Christmas according to the latest Bungie weekly update. Bungie Santa FTW!
