So according to some random blogger, that they're working on it for the Wii, it must be legitimate, right?
Also, I really, honestly, don't see them "just being in the idea stage" for such a critical game as KH3. You'd think that when you have a game that just sold 4 million copies you'd be more than just dreaming of a game, and actually trying to work on development and allocating resources to it.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
