They are getting mad at their customer which is stupid business method. If they want the the reader to read more then put the text next to the scores and explain why it gets that score. Dont do a page analysis then finish it off with a score. The score is the focal point of the reviewer in most out minds but the reviewers put more effort into their precious review that took them a day or two to write. Also reviewers are often afriad of reaction from fanboys when they review a well hyped game. They want to keep them happy so they give games wth enough following a good score. |
did you see the reaction after gametrailers gave Uncharted a 93 or IGN gave MWF a 70, it was like a personal attack on the reviewer.
