5.1 surround sound system - Which is the best game on PS3 to show it off?

So yeah basically I wanna buy a game based on surround sound for my PS3. All games tout graphics but I want a game that can also push the limits of the PS3 in terms of sound. So what is the best game in terms of sound design specifically looking at it from a surround sound perspective?
