With PC gamers this scoring of 1.4, whilst silly is all down to being frustrated and not having a suitable place to vent that anger. Can you say the same for the console fanboys? At least PC gamers have a good reason to be frustrated, standard features have been removed for no real reason other than to generate more revenue from DLC in the future.

PC user ratings and console user rating cant be compared. There are  lot of 360 and PS3 fanboys who just rate exclusive PS3 or 360 game low just so they can downgrade the user rating. There are no fanboys in PC gaming community though since they all play the same system.

They can be compared, they're both gamers and you brought up the user scores on metacritic. It's more that PC gamers have have a justified reason to be annoyed, whereas console fanboys have NO good reason to lower the score of a game. Seriously, which do you think is worse?

PC gamers: Lower the score of a game out of frustration and hope the developers see it and take note and possibly alter future decisions concerning PC games

Console gamers/fanboys: Lower the score of a game because we don't like the system it's on!

At least the PC gamers have the possibility of a productive outcome. Stuff like this (whilst it may appear sad at first) has had positive outcomes in the past (e.g. DRM).

They cant be compared coz lot of people who gived low score to Re2 and Gears 2 didnt even played the game, they just want to rate it low because its PS3 or 360 exclusive.

 

Some PC gamers rate it low because they are arrogant (duh), console port is not good enough for them. They want a glorius ''PC PRODUCT''  not a stupid dumb dirty ''CHEAP CONSOLE PORT ''

 

Also, they think IW hates them, but they suure like to torrent every COD game and not give a dine to IW
