Yea, as long as they're not going to overstep their bounds as a theme (like opening any URLS) or anything, then I don't think I'd mind as much.
I'd also prefer it to be some kind of opt in or select what you want type thing. I wouldn't want a huge stockpile of themes I'd never use building up.
